From the hills of Kinnaur to a stable corporate career – Prashant’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.

Raised in a modest family in Kalpa village, Himachal Pradesh, Prashant had big dreams but limited means. With just a 10th-grade education, he worked as a cashier—until he found a lifeline through the DDUGKY Skill Training Program, implemented by Kailash Educational Trust.

At our centre, he didn’t just upskill—he transformed.

He learned to communicate confidently, sharpened his soft skills, and found his purpose.

Today, Prashant is employed at D-Mart, Mohali under Quess Corp Ltd. and he’s aiming for internal growth.
