Rising from Loss, Driven by Purpose

Pari hails from Nanawan village in Hamirpur District, Himachal Pradesh. After graduating from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Memorial Utkrisht PG College in 2024, she wasn’t looking for just any job—she dreamed of independence, purpose, and making her late father proud.

“My mother always wanted us to become strong, self-reliant individuals,” Pari shares. Losing her father early in life shaped her resilience—but it was the DDUGKY Skill Training Program, implemented by Kailash Educational Trust, that gave her the platform to turn dreams into action.

Through a cousin, Pari learned about the Retail Sales Associate course and enrolled with hope in her heart. Despite being a graduate, she realized she lacked the job-ready skills needed to succeed in the professional world.

“Every session, every activity, every trainer at the centre helped me discover a more confident version of myself,” she reflects. “It wasn’t just training—it was transformation.”

Today, Pari works as a Sales Associate at Quess Corp Ltd., Mohali. More importantly, she’s financially independent—and her mother beams with pride.

“DDUGKY has been the turning point in my life. I’ll always be grateful to Kailash Educational Trust and Himachal Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission for giving me the wings to fly.”
